Playing the harp!

Harpist, Sabra, with her harp. It is about 6 feet tall!

Listening to harpist, Sabra Thomas, talk about how the harp makes sound. She played several songs for the children, including "Clair de Lune," a piece about a swam, and a storytelling piece about fairies!

Everyone who wanted a turn got a chance to strum the harp. Sabra showed them how to use their first finger and point it down while moving it across the strings.

Dinosaurs

Check out our dinosaur fossils!

Now that Kings Island is open the kids have been buzzing about dinosaurs (and the new dinosaur attraction at KI). We have been reading dinosaur books and pretending to be paleontologists...and, of course, playing with dinosaurs!

Digging for "dinosaur bones" just like paleontologists.

Working on a dinosaur puzzle.

Which dinosaur is your favorite?

Oh no! The t-rex found a snack!

Sing a song about dinosaurs!

The preschoolers dipped toy dinosaurs in paint to make dinosaur tracks on their papers.

Rain, Rain, Go Away...

This recent art project was inspired by the weather.
